Welcome to our referral page

Referrals are welcome from mainstream secondary schools in NE Surrey or from other mainstream schools who have concerns for a pupil who lives in NE Surrey. We understand your time is valuable and to support you we have a simple referral process. The weblinks below will take you to an online form which asks you for specific academic, social and personal information about the child. Please make sure you have this to hand when completing the referral.

There are two forms:

• OUTREACH - refers children to our mentoring services and projects
• IN-HOUSE - refers to children who have been Permanently Excluded, on-site interventions and for our Y11 INSPIRE project
